Established in 1984, Guangdong Foreign Trade Imp. & Exp. Corporation (GFTC) has already developed into a comprehensive industrial and trading company with the basic business as investment and estate and with the flagship business as international trade. Our company owns a lot of high-quality equities and estates including those listed companies. From 1990 to the present, we have always been announced as one of the top 500 imports and export enterprises in China with an annual volume of import and export amounting to USD500 million (and we appear to be growing in high speed yearly).

During more than 20 years' development, our company has always been sticking to the principles of "Integrity First, High-quality Service, Equality and Mutual Benefit, Common Development". Through constant efforts, our company has set up our own mature customer base and specialized production and distribution base. At present, a marketing network of more than 80 countries and regions focusing on European, American and Asian markets has already taken shape in exporting, with furniture, daily necessities, metal works, stationery & sports goods, building materials and household electrical appliances as the core goods. Sound cooperation with a lot of famous retailers in the world has been established. We also enjoy abundant operational experiences and comparative advantage over the import of means of production (such as steel, metal scrap, timber, paper) and bulk goods. In addition, our company is proud of our achievements in the import and export of technologies and whole sets of equipment; at the same time, we also provide specialized services such as logistics and domestic distribution.

In 2001, our company obtained ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and implemented ERP system management in an all-round way. Through the setting-up and perfection of the modern corporation system, we have demonstrated obvious competitive advantage in the ability of comprehensive operation and the competitiveness of core business over that of the counterparts in China.

Of more than 200 employees of the company, more than 80% have university degrees, and 70% are under the age of 35. It is a vigorous professional team in the prime with abundant international trade experiences.
